• Order details, delivery addresses, and order history.
• Payment metadata via our payment processor (Paystack). We do not store card details.
• Device and usage data from cookies for security and analytics.
• Shopping-assistant chats, saved so the assistant can remember your conversation. For signed-out visitors these are linked only to an anonymous device cookie — no account and no personal details — and are automatically deleted after 60 days of inactivity.
